STEPS TO FOLLOW AFTER DOWNLOAD:
1. Extract the files with WinRAR.
If you don't have WinRAR download from this site:

2.Put the ProUpdate and Fast Recovery files in the GAMES subfolder in the PSP folder.
3.Check the memory card after switching your Psp on, click the PRO update file and press X to install CFW.
HINT: Click the Fast Recovery file to recover CFW.
